XS Cargo, no customer satisfaction guaranteed
This store, by far is the worst in customer service. The store carries mostly refurbished products. They do offer some really good deals. But they don't have any refund policy. At best they will exchange your product, if it doesn't work. They will test the product in the store and if works there, they will not even exchange it. I bought a wireless keyboard and mouse from there a while ago. The product is not good and didn't work properly at my home. I tried returning it in the first week itself. I took it back and it seem to be working there in the store. I wanted to exchange it and pay more for a more expensive product but they wouldn't even let me do that. The manager was so rude and said we don't guarantee customer satisfaction. I think they should actually write that in front of their store "NO Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed" . That would be a good company slogan for them. Considering that they mostly sell refurbished product, the least they can do is have a good refund and exchange policy. But may be they know that they have a crappy products and if they start giving refunds they will actually lose money. My suggestion is avoid this store for good. It's much better to buy stuff from other good stores with good refund policy. I still go through their flier sometimes and there are some really good deals which are tempting but then I remind myself what if the product is not good or if I am not satisfied with a product for some reason. For smaller and cheaper items, you could keep it and forget it wit some bad taste in your mouth but what if ypu bought something expensive from there, like may be plasma TV for $500 and it didn't work to your satisfaction. That's just too scary of a choice for me to consider.

Casablanca Express Scam
Few months back, I received a call from a Casablanca Express representative. They sold me a two night package for some resort in Portland. This was basically for timeshare, we would need to attend some presentation where they would try to sell a timeshare membership. I have been to these before and I don't know why I do this to myself. This is just a sheer waste of time.
Anyways, I tried calling the number given to me for the reservation and I always get that the resort is booked for 3-4 months. Only months available are October and November. I mean those are lousiest months to step outside your home in Seattle and Portland Area. It's mostly raining during those months. So, I spent about $155 and I can't book anything. I am so unhappy with this situation. I think this Casablanca Express thing is a pure scam. Stay away from them. I tried calling them on various occasions and they have the same answer. I have been calling them four to five months in advance. How much more notice can one give to these people. One more thing, they are very nice when they are trying to sell you something but when you want to book the reservation they are the rudest bunch. I got burnt once, I hope it helps someone to stay away from this scam.
Update: I recently had a call from them and they did upgrade me to 2 bedroom. I am happy with this change but I still have the booking in October, not the best time to go out in Washington, Oregon area.
